  1. Small Business & Entrepreneur Coaching

Our small business and entrepreneur training is done through hands-on training tailored to your specific needs.   It therefore takes place in a coaching format, where you or/and your business partner have an interview with the coach to discuss your visions, business ideas, or workings.  Our coach(es) will give you on-the-job mentoring on how to use real-world business principles and professional practices to brainstorm and analyse your business ideas in order  to try and give your business the best possible opportunity to succeed.  Together with your coach you’ll look at essential areas of your business you need to focus on, which if neglected can cause your business to fail.  The coaching is not merely classroom theory, but rather a hands-on approach personalised to the client’s own business (or potential business).

—Within the coaching process we will help equip you with the three foundational legs essential to any business:

  • Leg 1. Understanding your product and/or services and how they meet the clients’ needs: SWAT analysis and processes.
  • Leg 2. Addressing possible marketing strategies that will suit your industry, which covers cost alignment to the product and clients. This also includes analysing the medium to be use in marketing your products and services.
  • Leg 3. Administration requirements, processes and procedures. These often are the make or break of many start-up businesses.  Besides record and book keeping activities, there are also legal requirements, that if neglected, silently kill the business.

—Training Fees: 2020

The fee includes up to 5 persons, if necessary.  We advise that you  take advantage of the opportunity to make sure all relevant stakeholders in the business take part of the coaching sessions.
